Discover what our Atlanta leader brings to Sogeti—from nearly three decades of global, cross‑industry transformation leadership to a people‑first, purpose‑driven approach focused on delivering tangible business outcomes at scale.
Tell us a bit about your journey before joining Sogeti. Before joining Sogeti, I spent my career working across the healthcare, insurance, banking, and retail industry segments, supporting clients across the globe. Over nearly three decades, I have had the opportunity to contribute both on the delivery side of technology as well as in sales and P&L leadership roles. During my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead multiple transformation programs across large, complex organizations. My consistent focus has been on driving tangible business outcomes at scale by bringing together deep industry context, technology leadership, and disciplined execution. This combination of experiences has shaped my approach to leadership and delivery, and it continues to guide the work I do today. What attracted you to Sogeti? I was really drawn to Sogeti’s entrepreneurial, people‑first culture. What stood out is how we stay close to our clients through our geo‑based model, which creates a real partnership. I also loved the balance of moving with agility while still having the strength and scale of Capgemini behind us. And honestly, the opportunity to make an impact, elevate thought leadership, and help shape our future made it an easy choice. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received? The best piece of advice I’ve received is to focus on what you can control and stay fully committed to the purpose behind your work. It taught me that when you bring purpose, pride, and passion into what you do, the outcomes tend to take care of themselves. That mindset has helped me stay grounded, lead with clarity, and channel my energy into the things that truly make a difference. I go back to that advice often — especially when navigating complex situations or guiding teams through change. How would you describe your approach to leadership? My approach to leadership is grounded in clarity, empowerment, and accountability. I believe leaders set the tone by communicating purpose, creating alignment, and removing obstacles so teams can do their best work. I try to lead with purpose, pride, and passion — purpose in why we’re doing the work, pride in the quality and integrity of what we deliver, and passion that brings energy and momentum to the team. I focus heavily on listening, coaching, and enabling rather than directing. When people feel trusted and supported, they take ownership and push boundaries. And finally, I believe in leading by example — staying hands‑on when needed, being transparent, and holding myself to the same standards I expect from the team. How do you recharge or stay motivated during challenging times? I stay motivated during challenging times by grounding myself in purpose and focusing on what I can control. When things get tough, I try to step back, reset, and remind myself why the work matters — that sense of purpose keeps me centered. I also focus on the controllables: my effort, my attitude, my consistency, and how I show up for the team. Letting go of the noise and putting energy into what I can directly influence helps me stay steady.
