Inspired by my sons’ baseball experience, I follow a “3-strike policy” in leadership—fair, firm, and focused. I lead with collaboration and resilience, always aiming to bring out the best in the team. Much like a baseball coach, I allow for only three strikeouts too, ensuring that my team members have ample opportunities to learn and grow while maintaining high standards of performance.

Accepting that I don’t need to be the smartest person in the room. Leadership is about aligning on shared goals and leveraging the collective strengths of the team.

I step back and think objectively. Reading something inspiring, practicing yoga, or watching my favorite shows—Friends, Seinfeld, or The Big Bang Theory—helps me reset and refocus.

Spending time with family and friends over long dinners filled with stories and laughter is my favorite way to unwind.
