Tell us a bit about your journey before joining Sogeti.

I spent ~35 years in Consulting.

What’s been your greatest achievement during your time at Sogeti?

Mobility. I moved from Delivery Executive to running a P&L as GVP.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?

Take each day as it comes and use your strengths!

How do you describe the culture at Sogeti to someone considering joining the team?

Family-style collaboration.

How would you describe your approach to leadership?

Open & honest; always be a “servant leader” and show stewardship.

What’s one challenge you’ve faced as a leader and how did you overcome it?

Balancing work and life; very intentional in setting priorities and telling myself
that I am not in my son’s profession (Neurosurgery).

How do you recharge or stay motivated during challenging times?

Meditation and reading.

What’s your favorite thing to do in your city outside of work?

Teach Sunday school and guest faculty for Operations Strategy at Emory’s Goizuetta Business School.
