What attracted you to Sogeti?
I was drawn to Sogeti because of the leaders I met; passionate about building a distinctive Sogeti brand within the larger Capgemini group, anchored in client focus, operational excellence, and a people-first culture. The close-knit, family-like environment, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work directly with local clients made the decision an easy one.
What’s been your greatest achievement during your time at Sogeti?
My greatest achievement at Sogeti has been the ability to grow across a wide range of roles, from developer and enterprise architect to practice leader for Digital Experience and Cloud, client partner, delivery leader, and now leading the Illinois business for Sogeti. Along the way, I have delivered impact through more than 50 engagements, including leading a $40M eCommerce transformation and selling and delivering a $130M Managed Services engagement. Beyond these milestones, what I value most is building a strong network of professionals who collaborate, trust each other, and share a sense of community and friendship.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
The best piece of advice I have received is “Work hard, and money will follow.” This has held true for me even after 23 years. It has created opportunities I never imagined and brought rewards as a result.
How do you describe the culture at Sogeti to someone considering joining the team?
I would describe Sogeti’s culture as collaborative, entrepreneurial, and people focused. It’s a place where you are encouraged to take ownership, explore new ideas, and grow. There’s a strong sense of community – teams support each other, celebrate success, and value relationships as much as results.
How would you describe your approach to leadership?
My approach to leadership is rooted in one principle: be a great human being before being a great professional. I focus on building a strong foundation, investing in people, and recognizing that every individual is unique and deserves personalized mentoring. Even as technology evolves and we enter the AI era, trust, empathy, and integrity remain the foundation of lasting impact. I strive to create a safe environment for innovation, provide clear and frequent feedback, and I believe that when we take care of our people, they take care of our clients.
