What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received? Always understand the big picture in every business transaction and make sure you provide value through your interactions. How do you describe the culture at Sogeti to someone considering joining the team? Fast paced, truly entrepreneurial and team oriented. Sogeti builds on its strong corporate foundation and moves 10x the speed to be able to service its markets. How would you describe your approach to leadership? I focus on leading by example and setting expectations I hold myself to. I’m also a strong believer in validating our strategy through real market engagement and continuous iteration. What’s your favorite thing to do in your city outside of work? Spend time with family and experiencing new cuisine. I also enjoy music composition and discovering new artists and genres. What books, podcasts, or thought leaders have influenced you? One on One with Andy Grove – it’s over 50 years old but a bible for any aspect of work covering a variety of topics from managing oneself to managing others. Mojo – by Marshall Goldsmith and The Mckinsey Podcast.
