Testing addresses project delays

Sogeti’s Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) model was implemented at an apparel retailer to address project delays and quality issues due to late QA involvement and limited testing.

The TCoE model enhanced efficiency and quality through a distributed delivery model, Agile integration, early defect detection, hybrid functional and automation teams, and continuous automated testing.

As a result, automated regression testing cut manual effort by 80%, defect leakage was reduced to less than 5%, and improved reporting.
