Hyatt Downtown Denver-

This isn’t a sales pitch or product demo. It’s a small-group forum built for candid peer exchange—where you’ll tackle real plant-level problems alongside leaders facing the same pressures you are.

Challenges we’ll explore together:

-Connecting distributed plants, factories, and operational technology when nothing is standardized—and extracting value from terabytes of operational data

Predicting equipment breakdown before it happens and reducing energy consumption and waste across multi-site operations

Bridging the skills gap when internal teams lack the expertise to implement and scale smart manufacturing and industrial initiatives

-Navigating AI adoption when you’re cautious about where to begin, unsure which use cases deliver real ROI, or concerned about moving from pilots to production at scale

What to expect:

Guided discussion on smart factory initiatives, AI experimentation strategies, and operational optimization approaches that are working today

Real-world provocations drawn from recent transformational examples across process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing and other industries – including what’s working in AI and what’s not
Peer insights from executives who’ve navigated similar transformation journeys, including honest conversations about AI pilots that stalled and the handful that scaled

We’ll close with dinner and drinks, giving you time to continue conversations and build connections that extend beyond the event.
